I lost another pound. I have switched my diet up to 5-6 small meals throughout the day, I have also included a more high protein and low carb and lots of supplements (vitamin C, multi vitamins, etc.) I think this combination is working and I am not hungry since everytime I look at the clock it is time to eat! Just 2.4 pounds away from a 25 pound weight loss! That is amazing!
