家裡的麵包氾濫,真傷腦筋!唯一愛用者在努力減肥吔!晚餐還是消耗一個好了.........
昨天還在查如何高蛋白,今天馬上高碳水多澱粉,真真是魯蛇啊!
現在能好好做到的只有168和不喝含糖飲料!
