Finally moved along. (My guts did, anyway.) Feeling so much better. I told Mark I would probably drop a pants size when I finally went. That wasn't all that crazy...
83.8 kg Lost so far: 19.6 kg.    Still to go: 22.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
