原來昨天是186第四天,沒想到我也一連堅持好幾天了!
要達到目標體重,如果每天少吃5百卡,共要費時2個半月,現在才即將到一個月,前路漫漫啊!
今天晚餐晚了一點點!8:10完食。
50.8 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
