今天改喝紅豆薏仁去濕湯。紅豆沒煮佷爛,味道略遜昨天的綠豆薏仁!
186可以順利完成,希望持之以恆。
下午幾片餅乾,晚餐半個貝果,外加幾條牛蒡素蹄筋零食,熱量又超標了!
