啊啊啊啊,可惡啊,因為一小口麵包沒瘦到,
就因為認為一點點沒關係🤏,所以就吃了!!!
不夠堅決,害白天的努力都浪費了,唉唉唉唉
不可呀~~這樣只會原地踏步而已
