I could not be happier! I'm under 180, I feel it in my clothes, bought a new pair of jeans yesterday and I feel glorious today. My out of country guests, who were my motivation, will be here today. I have Atkins to thank for this quick weight loss. NOW: MAINTAIN. No more loss, just maintain. I'm going to stay low-carb (no bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, pastries or sugar), but add in some more fruit. Also I want to start focusing on strength training so that I build muscles and therefore can eat more calories! I feel so positive this time about maintaining! Low carb is essential.
