Not the best week for my diet. Not the worst either and yesterday was a reset day. Diligence is more difficult when the weight loss goal is small. Missing my weight goal isn't a big deal. The real goal is to find sustainable consumption that makes my body feel good and maintains a weight within a couple of pounds of 127. My food consumption was uneven and I felt remorse after unplanned excesses. Still figuring it out.
