so I had my body stat done again last night and came in at 8.3% so I'm really chuffed! my trainer has increased my daily calories by 500 for a couple of weeks to give me a break from the dieting... I find after 6 weeks on low calories i need some time at maintenance!
73.5 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
