現實是殘酷的!昨天一分耕耘,今天一分收穫😂😂😂
天冷就想吃東吃西,下午茶吃了好幾塊奶油曲奇,熱量什麼的已丟到九霄雲外!對自己的廢物行為感到挫敗😢😢😢
