I am losing weight really fast this week... like 1 lb a day. I think it's great but hoping it won't affect my milk supply for baby. He doesn't seem to be cranky about it, so I think we're good.
97.1 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
