yaudahlah,, pasrah, BB masih manteung di 58 kalau bangun tidur, nanti seharian udah makan, work out dll, nyaris ke 59.50,, terussss ajaaa berbulan2 kek gitu, olganya udah angkat beban terus, cuma makannya sering jebol gula dan tidur kurang dari 5-6 jam, itu kayaknya pengaruh banget ya,,,
