Body fat est 7.1%

I think the Omron is -really- getting generous with these body fat readings now! I don't think there's any way I'm actually at 7.1 - but it's still good to see the trend heading south. Although this lower reading combined with the uptick in weight may be just from being well hydrated....
68.9 kg Lost so far: 12.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
