昨晚快8點才吃了幾口意麵,小白菜,2小條魷魚,幾口湯!12點有饑餓感,只好提早睡覺,今天11點多就肚子咕咕叫了,但沒有低血糖現象!
2點吃午餐,多吃了布丁和2個小麵包,不知熱量,亂計一通!
晚餐前後又吃了小蛋糕和洋芋片,好像貪吃開關啟動沒辦法關上了!?😢😢😢
50.2 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
