I did most of my exercising at work. I had to get and bring in buggies. I had a hard time keeping up with that. Vacuuming, dusting, and taking back returned items around the store. That was my workout of the day. Being overweight work makes me tired. I work 8 hours a week and I shouldn't feel that. That's when I know that I have to pushing myself to get my weight down to a point to where I am comfortable in doing my job.
153.1 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 80.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You will get there!!! Its hard to keep the end goal in sight but just go day to day making sure to eat right for yourself and get the exercise in no matter which way !
