I did most of my exercising at work. I had to get and bring in buggies. I had a hard time keeping up with that. Vacuuming, dusting, and taking back returned items around the store. That was my workout of the day. Being overweight work makes me tired. I work 8 hours a week and I shouldn't feel that. That's when I know that I have to pushing myself to get my weight down to a point to where I am comfortable in doing my job.
