經過一星期的暴食,早上量體重比昨日多出0.4公斤,不意外,但一天多出0.4也是醉了,自我安慰是生理期到來的水腫好了!!
桌上一堆麵包糕點,沒人吃,也沒冰箱,壓力巨大,今天務必清乾淨,巴豆裡或垃圾桶?二選一,提醒自己還是要審慎理智啊!
明天下午新冰箱才來,好漫長的等待!!!

還好啦 我可以一天胖0.6哈哈哈 而且還不是暴食只是稍微吃多一點~每次都很後悔但這就是以前節食的後遺症吧😫
