今明兩天都沒有體重計可以量,感覺周一會很失控!!今天只做168,午餐菜多多肉也多多,沒吃白飯,但吃了甜點.....
50 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
