哇啊啊啊啊啊啊啊啊這個體脂!!!!!最近都有在動,但這樣太可怕了,追蹤一下數據發現最近的體脂跟之前比起來算高⋯是吃不夠嗎(反而工作後真的吃比較少,而且每天也都有攝取飲料⋯)該不會要儲存熱量了吧⋯⋯NONO! 細腿運動在昨天先暫告一個段落,其實做的時間花不到五分鐘,不過因為很常在很想睡,但又堅持做完,做完後反而清醒了⋯所以先畫個句點。
