I was starving when I woke up this morning, but didn't really eat. I didn't really eat all day until dinner. It was kind of weird. I know its not healthy. I realize that I'm eating like I'm dieting when I'm trying to make a lifestyle change, but I can't really help that. It's the food I have access to. I'm having less and less issues working out, it feels really good. I can make myself get out of the nice comfy bed when everyone else is tired to go downstairs in the cold and work out. I'm so proud. lol. Now I need to apply the same thing to school.
