午餐:排骨糙米粥,沒吃排骨,青菜及肉鬆皮蛋豆腐,還有好幾塊鬆餅粉做的義式脆餅。澱粉超量!
脆餅不加油,熱量少一點,忍不住一片接一片.....
不知道是粥或鬆餅粉?有點脹氣打嗝!!
