Didn't work out last night, but thats okay, because I did this morning. I did almost thirty minutes of cardio. drank almost 32 oz of water. HELLO! I'm feeling better. I noticed it last night when I came down for dinner. (carbs carbs and cholesteral! AH! breakfast for dinner) I was singing some random song. I feel so good. Well, not my head. That's still a little iffy. but everything else. I'm noticing small changes in my body. I have muscles in my arms and neck, I can feel the muscles in my legs and HOLY ABS BATMAN! I can really feel them moving when I'm hula hooping, which is my main cardio, because honestly, getting outside is a little bit of a downer. lol.
Haven't eaten yet, I think I'm going to have a pb banana sammich. not quite feeling oj yet. My throat is sore from working out. it got dry really fast. maybe tomorrow.
