Setelah off hampir mau 2 minggu fase diet alhamdulilah cuma naik 1KG , bismillah back on track sampe akhir tahun target 6KG
56 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
