Finally someone noticed I lost some weight :) today looks like I am looking 'slimmer' - i don't see much of a difference but people have noticed, actually got 3 comments today from different people who were not hanging out together... feels gooooood!
57.8 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
