嚇一跳的體重,昨天好像也沒吃什麼排水食物啊?體重一下掉0.6!!
真是太不正常了,難道肉骨茶有奇效??哈哈哈
昨晚看電視裡的漢堡排,好想吃啊!決定今天自己動手做,加豆腐進去拌,增加飽足感,順帶降熱量。
午餐:豆腐漢堡排,地瓜,肉骨茶,秋葵+小白菜。點心:脆餅2片,無花果乾x2
