Weighed in this morning. Only lost 1.5 lbs. this week. I'm a little frustrated because I tried so hard and the results weren't huge. It is however my first week back on track, and it was a struggle with picnics, parties and more. Trying to stay optimistic. I have second job interview this morning so I'm not going to let this ruin it. I can do this, even if it takes me forever.

Thanks for the encouraging words, definitely needed them today. The interview went well, now I get to continue waiting. Ugg. Best friend and I went for a tough walk today, but feel great afterwards. We discussed our weight loss goals, and it was really a fantastic, supportive and much needed conversation. Splurged on dinner, and got some good snacking in today without miraculously going over points. I'm going to keep working at this. I can do it. I have to do it.

You lost 1.5 pounds, that is awesome. Whoo Hooo! Celebrate every loss! All those little ones add up to big ones. If you saw what 1.5 of actual fat from your body looked like, you would be jumping up and down. Great job!
