Not easy counting and controlling calories with family reunion and company, but trying and getting exercise. Walked slow down to pier and back with Ted and mom.
70.1 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
