yang bikin sulit back on track tuh, skrg udah mulai full WFO = ga ada waktu buat meal prep, masak, belanja sayur buah daging dsb. kalo beli diluar ga yakin sama kalorinya, trus jadinya... udahlah gak defisit dulu. gitu trus ampe 3 bulan berlalu 😁☹️ olahraga pun sama, balik kerja tenaga udah 0. kembalikan Wfh ku 😭😭😭
