Still recuperating from complication after knee surgery. I am not anemic anymore and even with some pain I managed to walk 1 mile the day before yesterday, and 2 yesterday. Today will be indoors bicycle for 1/2 an hour. Slow but steady from211 to 185.8 lb. It's very hard to get under 185 when It hurts too much to exercise, even walking g, but nevertheless I'll " never give up, never surrender!"
84.3 kg Lost so far: 11.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
