As of today, I am beginning The 17 Day Diet. It is similar to Atkins which I followed religiously for a long time and had good success with.
After falling off the wagon in December 2010, I have had a hard time getting back on track. I have decided to give something new a try.
Several of the ladies that I work with are doing this diet and I thought the support would be good motivation. I am willing to give it a go and if it is not for me then I will go back to my old tried and true Atkins.
