昨天量體脂,沒設定沒記錄,今天再量一次!(原來要先設身高及年齡)😅😅😅

不運動不健身,所以也不清楚體脂計的功能,但數據應該都正常吧,就是身體年齡很礙眼!希望能下降啊!
