I haven't been tracking because I've been so busy with family health issues the past week and a half. also, I haven't exercised like I was because of said family stuff. so I decided since it's so stressful right now to just take through Thanksgiving too test myself to see if I can watch what I eat without tracking. Saturday I plan to start tracking again and getting back to my normal routine. I'm glad I haven't gained any weight, in fact still lost a little.
99.2 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
