This is the first time that I've gotten on the scale since well March sometime I guess, whenever my last weigh-in was. I know it was bad, but I didn't know how bad. I haven't been back up in the 170's in a few years. Rather disappointed in myself but trying to stay positive. It's a slow process, and I have a lot of work to do. What this number says to me is that I can't eat ridiculously because I feel like it. When my weight's down I think, "well it's down I can eat that". But it isn't one thing, it turns into a several week long binge fest. I was just on vacation, ate okay but drank quite a bit and the last few week of college I ate anything and everything I wanted including quite a bit of alcohol. Just need to keep working at it, slow progress is still progress. One step at a time.
