Good morning everyone it’s Monday after Thanksgiving. How did everyone do over the holiday? Got on the scale this morning and to my surprise I didn’t gain any weight, didn’t lose any but didn’t gain with all the food over the weekend. Happy days are here for I’ve learned what I can eat and still not gain. Thank you all for just being u. Happy Monday!!
