有些懷疑體脂計的準確性了,前後差5分鐘,二次量出來的結果竟然差很大,感覺不甚合理!
還是記錄一下數據比較糟的那個好了

上周三量的數據比較優,今天體脂比上周三增加1.2
明天再量一次好了!
