This week I've tried Zumba, Walk away the Pounds, & Tae Bo (the instructional vid so far). I found them all at Goodwill. Now I really have no excuse not to exercise, b/c I can do this or walk the dog. I havn't followed my points exactly this week, I *think* i've stayed within my weekly ones at least, but fell off the wagon on recording them the last couple of days. I recorded them today... I really need to do this religiously as it is the one thing that keeps me aware of what I am eating, junk or healthy.
