Color me shocked; ate the grandkids' leftovers for the last 2 days (plus haven't been able to exercise) and still managed a drop! Two more big milestones: BMI under 40, and less than 100 lbs. to my goal weight!
101.0 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 44.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
