I had a slight gain, but that's normal for me. Mexican food is what I had yesterday and it seemed to have settled in where I don't want to. I haven't burnt any of that off yet. Nor of what I ate in the last few days. I got a lot to work off to get back down to the 320s again. I saw on YouTube different food diaries. I thought about making my own towards weight loss and keeping like a recipe book and meal planner. I've never made a bullet journal like this before but I look forward to it. 2022 bullet journal is gonna be a bit more detailed than my last one. For me personally bullet journals are great to have around. I like to keep things organized.

Morgan, how about cutting each portion in half before you start? that's a super easy way to start before the holidays and you don't have to count anything.

You can’t put exercise a bad diet. As much as I love food and hate exercise I try to make better food choices. I gain Just looking at food.
