經歷了幾次驟變的體重,比較淡然了!
可是中午又突然感到情緒低落,不想做186,就提前吃午餐了,吃了葸油餅皮的韭菜盒子又追加一個南瓜貝果,熱量高到接近天花板,完全是自暴自棄的fu!
在做記錄的當下給自己打氣,都是生理期的錯,要意志堅定的挺下去,不要放縱食慾,不然重回泥沼也就不遠了!
昨天晚餐:地瓜,油蔥雞,茭白筍,紫菜湯,餅乾x4。
