天氣晴!下午要出門曬曬心情,看能不能陰轉晴??!!
昨天晚餐前,女兒臨時要我們去學校載她,所以晚餐9:30才吃,原本想說過8點不吃,但歐巴桑惜食心境暴發,沒人願意幫我吃韭菜盒子,只好自己吃掉!
昨天傍晚做了桂圓核桃年糕當點心,老實說,昨天吃下肚的食物不多,但都很雷(蔥油餅皮的韭菜盒子x2,南瓜貝果x1,橘子x1,桂圓桃核年糕100g)這樣就1500卡了,真是不划算啊!!
今天只能168,要接近2點再吃午餐。菜單已備妥,泡菜豆腐加青菜,蛋,雞胸肉。能飽食又低熱量的餐點才是上選啊!那個全是澱粉碳水的久久偶爾一次就好!
