中餐 健康餐盒(飯一半) 加油繼續努力撐下去才是關鍵,不吃零食
晚餐 婆婆四季豆 蛋白 牛肉 蘑菇
我愛的太妃糖巧克力🍫(不吃餅乾 就一個就好
49.3 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
