減的速度是龜速,但增的速度堪比光速!
昨晚吃以前常吃的麵攤,炸醬麵,重鹹重油,太好吃了!自己煮的都偏清淡,今天體重增加也是剛好而已....
中午吃木耳,青椒,雞肉,蛋!經常吃這些其實會有點膩....挺需要變化的,心情好時會好好料理,不然就只能電鍋蒸了。飯後甜點:藍莓馬芬蛋糕+餅乾!
早上烤了些餅乾,第一次做玻璃餅乾,拿女兒的小棒棒糖來用,沒把糖敲碎,一根棒棒糖配一片餅乾洞,想說等糖溶了,棒子拿掉就好,結果糖果太大顆了,糖漿溢得到處都是,想到昨天剛好看到一個影片:美食博主做的,我做的....真是太寫實了!
