大家聖誕快樂!
濕冷的天氣,豆漿豆腐鍋暖身又暖心。加了肉片,蛋,青菜,金針菇,蛋白質達47克,很可以!!聖誕大餐少不了甜點:地瓜,薑餅人,巧克力,肚子和嘴巴都要吃飽飽,甜點的熱量直逼正餐,哈哈哈!
