12days trying to be healthy, lost 1.9kg probably
yesterday i push the limit and almost fainted while working out🤣 stupid decision I'll never do it again, going to process with my own slow pace as long as it sustainable 🙏🏻♥️
70.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
