Did NOT feel motivated to workout at all today. Was feeling down (about personal things) and it didn't help that I had gained weight again. My husband took me out to eat at a delicious Italian restaurant; And of course, I DID gorge on pasta, fried zucchini, garlic bread, and potato green chile soup.....so that REALLY didn't help. My fault, I know.....
BUT....my husband encouraged me to workout (and he worked out on the Bowflex too) because he knew I'd be disappointed in myself if I didn't; so, I managed to get some cardio in this evening. :) Not long, but it's something. And even if it wasn't long, I still sweat just as much as the hubs...if not more. lol I guessed I figured if I'm not going to workout long, I may as well push hard. :) Amazingly, my old treadmill did NOT shut-off on me. I stopped before I wanted to, though, because I was afraid it would. (I HATE that feeling of tripping and almost falling whenever it DOES stop all of a sudden!)
