WEIGH-IN WEDNESDAY: First “WIW” for 2022, the scale has been completely cleaned and has new batteries in. And… just as i thought, YEP, I GAINED! 😮💨 Four days of unbalanced food choices, no exercise, and poor sleep-wake pattern. It was just yesterday,since the year started, that I was able to get my workout in and reach my step goals. I was actually starting to lose motivation until i looked at my pictures from October, when i started this journey and comparing it to my pictures taken last month, the difference isn’t that big, but definitely noticeable! I also made a list of all my NSVs, so now I am ready to get back on track and lose the rest of the extra weight! FIGHTING! 💪
