Well looks like ketosis kicked in today. Sticking to my macros really well. Almost picked up a chicken tender I made my husband the other night and ate it today. Then I saw the pre-made salad I had sitting in there and opted for that and the rest of a tuna steak I made last night. Thank goodness 🙏! Some days I have lots of cravings and I'm really hungry, then I have days like today where I'm not hungry at all. So I'm trying to listen to the belly and do what it tells me. I do know eventually I will come to a stand still and exercise will have to kick start me again. Until then, I'm just doing what I'm doing. Peace and strength to everyone on their journeys!
