昨晚煮燕麥粥,後來爬文才發現即食燕麥和傳統燕麥煮粥,GI值差很大!難怪昨晚一點半肚子好餓,一直想吃饅頭。
中午燕麥餅n+1片,豆漿青菜豆腐牛肉鍋。
昨天兒子公司送年禮,一盒餅乾!今天妹妹提了堅果禮盒來,感覺逐漸有點要過年了.....連幾年過年都會做氣球送親友鄰居,今年有點累,也沒買球,猶豫不決啊?????
