well this nonsense is gonna start already? I don't know how low my calorie intake has to be to loose weight but obviously 1100 is too much. So annoying! Maybe I should go to 800. So frustrating 😫!

1100 kcal for a young 90kg person, even for a female, are too low. I would experiment with calories and carbs cycling and check my health but i see you are desperate so i think you must ask for professional help and guidance from a dietician. Just do not give up.

I've always had these problems in my later years. The only time I lost weight was 15 days in the hospital after my accident and I didn't eat solid food for 9 days, just water. I lost 30 lbs. I am going to my pcp in March, I will discuss with her.
