I know they say you shouldn't weigh yourself every day, but I can't help it. I want to weigh myself every morning because I'm excited to see that I am actually losing weight every day.

Starting-4th day
Total loss-6.2 lbs
103.3 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 10.2 kg a Week
