after a brief upflux I am still trending downwards. That feels good. I have set myself a goal of 230 by Seminar. That is lower than my lowest since last August but still feels doable since I am starting again and I usually geta big boost the first week :)
I am back to weighing every day. I need that daily discipline and accountability (I do not always post, though). I am not recording what I eat simply because I KNOW what I should eat and I am so far doing fairly well with that. For dinner we typically bake or pan cook a lean meat and a side which is either a whole grain or a veggie. Breakfast is Generic Apple Cheerios, lunch is lots of salads (or leftovers). Snacks/treats are single Triscuit portions with Light Vache qui ri cheese. and lots of fruit. Light ice cream is occasionally in there as well as less than a bag of reg microwave popcorn (Dave and I made a deal that he will not buy light popcorn so long as I promise and stick not eating an entire bag by myself :))
So anyway not doing as well at checking in with everyone, but please know you have all been in my thoughts the last few month even when I was too embarrassed to show my face on here :D
